For the Magic Science and Application Workshop a number of rooms are prebooked at the Hotel Giotto at a walking distance from the conference venue. Please proceed contacting the hotel for confirming your stay.
Please inform the hotel that you are a Workshop participant to receive a special rate.

Note that, upon request, the bus can wait up to a max of 30 minutes with respect to the scheduled departure time.
